Obituary

Leo T. Singer

Leo T. Singer, 64, Milwaukee, a former Portage County resident, died at 3:30 p.m. Friday at a Milwaukee hospital.

In ill health the last two years, he was taken to the hospital Friday morning. He lived at 1303 So. 16th St., Milwaukee.

Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Monday morning at St. Bronislava's Catholic Church, Plover, with the Rev. Francis Przyblski officiating, and burial will follow in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dzikoski funeral Home after 2 p.m. Sunday and the rosary will be said there Sunday night at 7:30.

Mr. Singer was born in the Town of Grant, April 9,1909, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Singer.

After finishing school, he was employed here by the Green Bay & Western Railroad. Then he went to Brillion and was employed at the Brillion Iron Works, and for the last nine years lived in Milwaukee and worked for Maynard Electric Steel Casting Co.

Mr Singer, who was single, is survived by eight sisters, Mrs. Ed (Belvina) Worzalla, Milwaukee, Mrs. Frank (Frances) Shopinski, Plover, Mrs. Frank (Bernice) Raschka, 2825 Minnesota Ave., Mrs. Johanna Kedrowski, Wisconsin Rapids, Mrs. Walter (Margaret) Sieczka, and Mrs. Frank (Catherine) Claude, Milwaukee, Mrs. Martha Ryan, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Herman (Susan) Winkleman, Ormsby, Minn., and two brothers, Louis Singer, Milwaukee, and Henry, Plover.

A brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
