Obituary

Lester C. Buelow

Lester C. Buelow, 71, Rothschild, died Wednesday, Nov. 6, 1996, at Sacred Heart/St. Mary's Hospital, Tomahawk.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, Rothschild. A burial service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Buelow Cemetery, town of Eau Pleine, Portage County. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the church and from 9:30 a.m. until time of services Monday at the church. Hayden Funeral Home, Schofield, in in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Buelow was born Dec. 1, 1924, in Dancy to the late August and Matilda (Neumann) Buelow. On Feb. 10, 1951, he was married to Lorraine Schomberg in Stevens Point. She survives in Rothschild. After working 30 years as a mechanic for the city of Wausau, he retired in 1986.

Survivors besides his wife include one son, Calvin (Jacci) Buelow, Mosinee; one daughter, Debbie (Kevin) Rick, Schofield; one brother, Leonard Buelow, Junction City; one sister, Irma Bulgrin, Junction City; and four grandchildren.
