Mrs. Martha Arbush Dies
Funeral Will Be At Fancher Thursday Morning
Mrs. Martha Arbush, aged 36, died at her home, 101 Crosby avenue, about
8:30o'clock this morning after a years illness from diabetes. She had been
confined to her bed about two months.
Mrs. Arbush was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Disher of Fancher and was born
in German Poland March 25, 1880. The family removed to this country when she was
two years old. She was married to Michael Arbush at Fancher May 12, 1904.
Mrs. Arbush is survived by her parents, husband, one son, Joseph, aged 3, five
brothers and four sisters, including Mrs. August Akunieski of this city and
seven step-children, Mrs. G. M. Harwood of Stevens Point, Leo Arbush of Newport,
R.I., John Arbush of Ashland, and August, Emma, Mamie and Alice Arbush, at home.
The funeral will be held from the Catholic church at Fancher Thursday morning
with burial in the parish cemetery.

MRS. MICHAEL ARBUSH
Mrs. Michael Arbush died at her home, 101 Crosby avenue, Tuesday morning at 8:30
o'clock. Death was caused by diabetes. The deceased had been in poor health for
about a year, but was only confined to her bed for the past two months.
Miss Martha Dysher was born in German Poland, March 25, 1880, and came to this
country, with her parents when two years of age. The family immediately moved to
Fancher, this county, where she lived all her life, with the exception of her
residence in this city.
Mrs. Arbush is survived by her parents, husband, five brothers, three sisters,
one son and seven step-children. the step-children are Mrs. G. M. Harwood, city,
John Arbush, Ashland, Leo, Newport, R. I., and August, Emma, Mamie and Alice of
this city. Her son Joseph, is but three years old.
The funeral will be held at the Fancher church Thursday morning, Rev. L. J.
Pescinski officiating.

Obituary
Michael Arbush
Michael Arbush, one of the best known of Stevens Point's older residents and an
employee of the John Week Lumber company for 35 years prior to his retirement
abut five years ago, died at St. Michael's hospital at 3 o'clock Friday
afternoon, aged 73 the 24th of October next. He had been suffering with heart
trouble, dropsy and other complications for the past six months, but his
condition did not become serious until Monday, when he was removed to the
hospital from the family home at 101 Crosby avenue.
Mr. Arbush was a native of Canada, but was brought to Stevens Point when he was
a child of four or five years and made his home here ever since, practically all
of this time in the house a short distance north of the foot of Main street.
He was trice married, the last time about eight years ago, and is survived by
the widow and the following sons and daughters, Mrs. G. M. Harwood and Joseph
Arbush, city, Leo A., now a member of the United States Navy, in foreign waters;
August Arbush and Mrs. Earl Helm, city; Miss Mamie Arbush, Milwaukee; Miss Alice
Arbush, City.
The body is now at the Boston funeral home, to remain there until 8 o'clock
Monday morning, when services will be held at St. Peter's church, with burial to
follow in the parish cemetery.

Arbush Funeral Monday
Burial services for the late Michael Arbush, veteran resident at 101 Crosby
avenue, who died last Friday afternoon, were held at St. Peter's church Monday
morning, Rev. Julius Chylinski officiating.
Interment was made in the parish cemetery by Joseph Boyer, John Katzmarek, J. L.
Frymark, Matt Printz, Barney Polubitski and Paul Peck.
